In case you missed it, our #1 requested Runner app feature is here! Instant Pay gives you the flexibility to deposit your earnings when it works best for you. Just connect any debit card and transfer anytime! Get familiar with your new Earnings page to make any day payday.
Instantly transfer your earnings
When you go to the Earnings section of the Runner app, you will see all earnings that are available to transfer with Instant Pay. Tap ‘Transfer Now’ and then confirm to initiate the transfer.
Easily track your payment status
Tracking the status of your payments is now easier than ever. Use the daily view for a breakdown of your earnings and the amounts available for transfer. All of your earnings will fall into one of the following categories:
- Waiting for Customer: Customers have a brief window of time to pay for their order after it is delivered. We will update the status and total daily earnings once we receive this payment.
- Ready to Deposit: Congratulations — your earnings are available to transfer via Instant Pay! Any earnings that are not transferred using Instant Pay will be automatically deposited into your bank account on a weekly basis.
- Transferring: Your earnings are either being transferred via Instant Pay or weekly deposit.
- Deposited: Success! Your earnings have been deposited to your bank account or debit card.

Eligible Runners must have completed account setup, have a successfully linked debit card, and an available balance of $1.00 in order to initiate an Instant Pay transfer. Instant Pay transfer fee of $0.99 will be deducted from each transfer. Instant Pay transfers may take 30 minutes or less depending on the bank. Rules and restrictions may change.
