On March 2, we launched an exciting new pilot program in select markets. The Elite Runner Program — which will launch in Austin, San Antonio, New Braunfels, and San Marcos — is designed to reward top Runners with exclusive Favor and H-E-B perks, including grocery discounts, Favor order credit, free Instant Pay transfers, and more.
How to become an Elite Runner
All Runners within the pilot markets are eligible to become Elite Runners. To achieve Elite Runner status, you must complete 100 or more Favors per month. You are eligible to receive Elite Runner perks every month you meet this goal!
Runners who qualify will be notified via email with instructions on how to redeem their perks.
Don’t qualify this month? No worries. You can try again next month! If you have earned Elite Runner status, you will be notified via email at the beginning of each month.

Every month, Runners who complete 100 or more Favors will receive:
- $25 delivery credit
- 5 free Instant Pay transfers
- 25% off at the Favor Runner Store
- Additional performance-based incentives and bonus opportunities exclusively for Elite Runners
Runners who complete 150 or more Favors will receive:
- $30 delivery credit
- 10 free Instant Pay transfers
- 25% off at the Favor Runner Store
- Additional performance-based incentives and bonus opportunities exclusively for Elite Runners
Want to earn even more? Complete 175 or more Favors per month and receive:
- $35 delivery credit
- $10 H-E-B Fuel card
- 10% H-E-B discount coupon (valid for H-E-B, Central Market, Hill Country Fare, Hill Country Essentials, H-E-Buddy, Mi Tienda, and Economax products)
- 10 free Instant Pay transfers
