Location, Location, Location

The right area can make a big difference in earnings.

One of the best parts about running with Favor is being able to choose when and where you run. Whether you want to run for a couple hours after work, or run for an entire day to save for the holidays, you are in control. For Runners who want to maximize hourly earnings, location is one of the biggest factors to help you earn more.

Positioning yourself in a busy area increases the likelihood that you will be assigned Favors. The more Favors you run, the more you can earn!

Follow the Heat Map

Try to head towards dense areas of town. The more people in an area, the more likely someone will request a Favor. The Runner App features a Heat Map that shows busy areas. After you starting running, you can easily reference this feature by tapping the Map icon in the top right of your Runner App. The darker the orange square, the more Favors requests in that area.

Understand Your Customers

Everyone loves a deal, right? We offer customers discounted deliveries from certain restaurants which we prominently feature in the Favor App. We’ve found most customers on Favor have chosen delivery as their top priority, with restaurant choice being secondary. By highlighting discounted deliveries in our app, we see huge spikes in demand from these restaurants.

Download the Favor App and keep an eye out on which restaurants are featured near you! By positioning yourself near these featured restaurants, you can greatly increase your chances of being assigned a Favor. Some restaurants are popular even when they are not featured — think Torchy’s Tacos and Whataburger.

Featured restaurants update based on your location, so check back often!

Stay Central

If you complete a Favor in a more residential area or near the edge of a zone, head back towards a busy area with a lot of restaurants. Reference your Heat Map and Favor App to find these hot spots. The closer you are to a restaurant, the more likely you will get assigned!
