UPDATE: Because gas price fluctuations stabilized, Favor discontinued the Fuel Pay program on Friday, October 28. To keep running as lucrative as possible, Favor will continue to monitor fuel prices and consider reinstating Favor Fuel Pay if gas prices significantly fluctuate in the future. At Favor, we care deeply about Runners and want delivering to be a fulfilling and enjoyable experience. We understand the increase in gas prices across Texas has impacted the cost of running and are excited to introduce a program to help eliminate the pain of higher fuel costs.

Starting tomorrow, we’re launching Favor Fuel Pay, a temporary fuel assistance program for all Favor Runners. Through this program, you’ll receive an additional payout for every Favor you complete — no minimum requirements necessary.

To make running as lucrative as possible, Favor Fuel Pay earnings will be adjusted based on current gas prices and may vary by market across Texas. Our goal is to offset higher fuel costs on all Favors, regardless of location, delivery type, or distance.

Favor Fuel Pay is simple:

• Effective for promos beginning on or after Monday, April 4, 2022, you’ll receive an additional payout (on top of tips, base pay, and promos) for every Favor you complete — no minimum requirements needed!
• A full breakdown of your earnings, including Favor Fuel Pay, can be viewed under Earnings in the Runner app.
• As the rate adjusts, we’ll keep you updated via promo emails and the Announcements section of the Runner app.

How long will Favor Fuel Pay last?

We will continue to monitor fuel prices and adjust as gas prices fluctuate. Once gas prices stabilize and there’s less pain at the pump, the program will be discontinued — but don’t worry, we’ll continue to provide Runners with regular updates.

How do I know what the Fuel Pay rate is where I run?

Favor Fuel Pay earnings may vary by market and will be adjusted as gas prices increase or decrease in your area. As the rate adjusts, we’ll keep you updated via promo emails and the Announcements section of the Runner app.

Do I receive Fuel Pay on top of promos?

Yes! Effective for promos on or after Monday, April 4, 2022, Fuel Pay will be added on top of promo payouts (if you’re in a market that receives promos).

Where can I view my Fuel Pay earnings?

A full breakdown can be found in the Runner app under Earnings. Click on any completed Favor to view your earnings details.

Remember, customers have until the next day to pay for a Favor. Once the customer has paid and confirmed your tip, your total earnings for the Favor will be ready for deposit.

When will my earnings be deposited?

Earnings are automatically deposited into your checking account on a weekly basis. You can also transfer earnings labeled Ready to Deposit anytime with Instant Pay.
